一、競賽時間、地點 Date and Location

1. 比賽時間：2021年11月27日至11月28日

Date: 27th November & 28th November 2021

2. 比賽地點: 杭州余杭區國文路1號人大附中杭州學校游泳館

Location: No.1 Guowen Road, Yuhang District, Hangzhou. RDFZ King's College Swimming Pool

二、參加單位 Participants

邀請國內國際學校以及7家俱樂部(預估200人)

International and Bilingual Schools in China and 7 Swimming clubs(estimated 200 people).

三、年齡組與競賽項目(男子、女子)Age groups and Events

1. 競技組 Competitive Group：

10歲、11歲、12歲、13歲組、14歲組：

Age10, Age11, Age12, Age13, Age14

50米自、100米自、50米仰、100米仰、50米蛙、100米蛙、50米蝶、200米個人混合泳、4x50米自由泳接力(限10歲組男女各 2名);4x50米混合泳接力(限13歲組男女各2名)

50m Freestyle,100m Freestyle,50m Backstroke,100m Backstroke,

50m Breaststroke,100m Breaststroke,50m Butterfly,200m Medley,

4*50m mixed gender freestyle relay(Age 10 only, two boys, two girls)

4*50m mixed gender medley relay(Age 13 only, two boys, two girls)

2. 業余組：Development group

8歲組、9歲組項目：Events for Age 8 and Age 9

50米自由泳打腿、50米自由泳、50米仰泳、50米蛙泳、4x50米自由泳接力(限9歲組男女各2名)

50m Freestyle Kicking, 50m Freestyle, 50m Backstroke, 50m Breaststroke,

4*50m mixed gender freestyle relay(Age 9 only, two boys, two girls)

10歲、11歲、12歲、13歲組、14歲組項目：

Events for Age 10、Age 11、Age 12、Age 13、Age 14:

50米自由泳、100米自由泳、50米仰泳、50米蛙泳、100米蛙泳、、4x50米混合泳接力(限11歲組男女各2名)

50m Freestyle, 100m Freestyle, 50m Backstroke, 50m Breaststroke,

100m Breaststroke, 4*50m mixed gender medley relay(Age 11 only, two boys, two girls)

四、競賽辦法：Rules

1. 比賽采用中國游泳協會審定的最新游泳競賽規則;

Follow the most up to date swimming competition rules made by Chinese Swimming Association.

2.各學校與俱樂部報名人數不限，每人限報二項，如個人再報第三項以上的，另收每一項50元人民幣，另可兼報接力。所有項目均采用一次性決賽;

Unlimited number of participants. Each participant will be allowed to enter the maximum of two individual event (Relay is not included).Additional individual event and relay will charge 50RMB. All the event will be one-off final.

3.大會統一辦理賽事期間的意外傷害保險。

Personal accident insurance will be provided.

4.本場賽事采用網上報名方式。

五、錄取名次與獎勵：Ranking and Award

1. 設立競技組(男子、女子全年齡組)第一名獎金為50美金;

Competitive group(boys, girls all age groups ), the first place winner will be awarded 50 US dollar.

2. 各單項錄取前8名，參賽人數不足8人時按減一錄取;

In each event, only ranking the first 8 places. When there are less than 8 participants in one event, ‘the real number of participants minus 1 people’ will be ranked. E.g. When there are only 6 participants in one event, the first 5 (6-1=5) swimmers will be ranked.

六、報名和報到 Check-in and sign-up

1. 報名：各俱樂部于2021年11月20日前將《報名表》和運動員、教練員照片電子版發送至報名郵箱: 270075580@qq.com

Sign-up: Please send the register form and pictures of participants, coaches to 270075580@qq.com by 20th Nov. 2021.

逾期報名者不得參加比賽。

Any overdue entering will not be accepted.

2. 報到：請各參賽學校與俱樂部，于11月25日17:00前至人大附中杭州學校1號門進入報到并領取賽事包。

Check-in: All the schools and clubs need to arrive at Gate 1 of RDFZ King’s College for Check-in before 17:00 on 25th Nov.2021.

七、經費 Entering Fee

報到時每人交350元報名費(含項目、中餐、保險費)。各隊自帶隊旗一面，長2米，寬1.3米。

350RMB entering fee of each participant will be charged, which includes events, lunch and insurance.

Please prepare a 2m length* 1.3m width flag for your school or club.
